Automated Welding Machines

Utilizing the most out of our research and development, we are currently prototyping different automated machines in areas where manual labor is abundant. The design aspect of this automated welding trolley involves a 6 axis robot designed to mimic the movement of a human arm in a cell, allowing a torch to be placed precisely where needed to work in the most efficient position in a repeatable manner. Adjustments can be made to welding parameters and the robot can be manually positioned as needed by the operator. This not only lessens the manual effort, it also acts as a great contribution to precision and quality.
